By using Practicle’s website and services (hereafter referred to as “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“ToS”), which may be updated from time to time. When these changes are made, Practicle will make the updated copy accessible to you on Practicle’s website. If you continue to use Practicle’s website and services after the date on which the changes are made, Practicle will treat your use as acceptance of the updated ToS.

2. Personal Information
You agree that any Registration Data you give to Practicle will always be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Practicle reserves the right to refuse Services or cancel Services at its discretion.
You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and you may not transfer your account to anyone.
Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to Practicle for all activities that occur under your account.
If you are aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you agree to notify Practicle immediately.
4. Use of Services
Practicle’s website and services are for your personal use only. You may not use our Services for commercial use.
You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by this ToS.
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works, disassemble, adapt, or exploit in any other way the Site, Services, or any part thereof.
You agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.
You agree that Practicle’s decision on the rules of the competition are final and binding. No queries, challenges, or appeal will be entertained.
You agree that Practicle may at its sole discretion disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the competition results or to be acting in breach or potential breach of the competition.
You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences of any such breach.
5. Modifications to Site and Services
As part of improving our user experience, you acknowledge and agree that Practicle reserves the right to modify or temporarily discontinue its Services at its sole discretion from time to time, without prior notice to you.
6. Disclaimers of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is”, and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, availability and compatibility.
No warranty is made that the Service will be error-free, that errors will be corrected, that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted or secure, that the Site or Service will meet your expectations, or that the Site or the servers that make such content available shall be free of viruses or other harmful components. Any material obtained through the use of the Site or Services is done so at your own discretion and risk and Practicle shall not be responsible for any damage or loss of data that results from obtaining such material. No warranty is made regarding the use or results of use of the Site, Services, or any part thereof.
7. Limitation of Liability
Practicle has provided the Site and Services “as is” and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, personal injury, property damage, loss of data or other intangible losses, resulting from: (A) the use of or inability to use the service; (B) the conduct or actions, whether online or offline, of any user of the Site or Services; (C) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (D) any other matter relating to the Site or Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Practicle and all those stockholders, directors, owners and employees from all third-party claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, through your use of the Site or Services, your connection to the Site or Services, any breach by you of the ToS arising out of your use of the Site or Services, or your violation of any rights of another.
9. Intellectual Property Rights and Content
The Site and Services are owned entirely by Practicle and no right or title is transferred to you.
You understand that all information (such as data, questions, solutions, video explanations, software, images, music and audio files) provided to you as part of the Services are owned by Practicle. You may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on this Content either in whole or in part.
You acknowledge and agree that Practicle own all legal right, title and interest in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the Services regardless of those rights being registered.
You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices including copyright and trade mark notices which may be affixed to or contained within the Services.
Practicle reserves the right to terminate your account or any part thereof if you fail to comply with the terms outlined in the ToS. Practicle may, in its sole discretion, terminate access to the Site or Services without notice. You agree that Practicle shall not be liable to you or any third party in the event of such termination of access to the Site and Services.
If you want to terminate your legal agreement with Practicle, you may do so by notifying Practicle through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) at any time or cancelling your account on the Site.
12. Governing Law
This ToS shall be governed under the laws of the Singapore and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore to resolve any legal matters arising from the ToS.
