At Practicle, accessible from https://practicle.sg, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected by Practicle Pte Ltd and how we use it.

Information we collect
Practicle collects the minimum amount of information in order to provide our students with a personalized educational experience while providing real-time assessment reporting to parents and teachers.
When you register for an Account, we may ask for your Personal Information such as your username, a unique password that is required for accessing your account, level of study, email address, payment information and other optional information.
How can I edit or delete my information?
Most web browsers are configured to accept cookies automatically. If you choose not to accept cookies, you may adjust and configure your browser settings accordingly. However, do note that some Practicle Product features may not function optimally if your cookies are disabled.
You can view and/or modify your information through your Practicle account anytime. Should you need help with modifying certain information such as your username, we suggest that you contact us at support@practicle.sg so that we can do it on your behalf.
If you ever need to delete your account, please send us a request and we will delete your and/or your child’s personal information from our systems, and will remove access from the account within 7 business days of your request.
How we use your information
The student’s username and password enables them to log onto Practicle’s webapp securely. The student’s level of study helps our system place them in the correct starting grade in our curriculum. The parent’s email address allows progress reports to be sent after every practice session. Credit card information is needed for Practicle to apply the appropriate monthly subscription charges. Practicle does NOT directly store any credit card information – all credit card information and transactions are stored by our payment provider, Stripe. When our students plays Practicle, we collect information on the math skills they encounter, and questions they answer (hereinafter referred to as “Performance Data”) and uses that information to customize their educational experience. Such Performance Data from students will be aggregated and used by Practicle to improve our educational algorithms.
Should we use your information in a manner that is other than the purpose for which it was collected, we will ask for your consent prior to use.
How Practicle protects information
Protecting your information is extremely important to us. We take appropriate security measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction of data. Practicle protects information transferred through our website by encrypting it with the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol by default, deterring third parties to intercept your information. We constantly review data collection, storage and process practices and hold annual staff training to ensure that security and confidentiality of our data. Practicle employees, contractors and agents who need that information to operate and improve our services are given restricted access. These individuals/entities are bound by confidentiality and may be subjected to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution if they fail to meet these obligations.
Children’s Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Practicle does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
Updates
We may update the Privacy Policy from time to time by publishing an updated version on our website. Each version of this Privacy Policy will be identified at the top of the page by its effective date and we will also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for your review.
